    11"
    Made from a single piece of wood, plate features a polychrome parrot or large bird, possibly mythical.
    Covered in a thick high gloss varnish.
    Back has "Coclé", "Panamá", "Pre-Colombino" & the date but the rest is very faint and not legible to me.
    Plate has 2 small giles on the reverse where it was hung but nails are removed.
