Vintage Mola From Panama, 1960s Indigenous Art

Description

In 1970, my mother took a trip around Panama while my father was on a naval ship in that region. They were newly married and she was picking out items she could use to decorate their home in the US. 50 years later, she found a bag of these beautiful items tucked away in a closet. They have not been touched since she bought them. She asked me to sell them to someone who might find a place for them in their home.
This beautiful geometric mola is 18" x 20" and very suitable for framing.
